Small Wonders dares us to imagine what it is to see the world with innocent eyes. Mashonda Tifrere will bring together six dynamic multidisciplinary artists for an intimate presentation that is an exploration of self awareness from the vantage point of our inner child. Understanding that children have no judgement of why things are and instead view life through purity and curiosity, Small Wonders aims to enlighten the child-like wonder that resides within us all. To close out 2021 on a high note, Mashonda Tifrere will partner with Artsy and NYC Culture Club to raise money for the underserved children of New York City through the Children’s Aid Foundation. The featured artists in the exhibition include: Derrick Adams, Hugo Mccloud, Patrick Alston, Ferrari Shepard, Amani Lewis, Nate Lewis, and Tariku Shiferaw.
